Offshore Pump Module

Description:

Uniteam’s Offshore Pump Modules are designed and manufactured to meet the highest offshore industry standards, including DNV 2.7-1 / 2.7-2 and NORSOK.

Our modules feature both centrifugal and plunger pumps, utilizing diesel engines from top international brands such as Volvo, Cummins, Detroit, and Caterpillar. For added safety, our pump modules can be equipped with Rig safe kits from Amot or with EX Zone 2 kit from Pyroban. Besides that, all our offshore pump packs are mounted on a DNV 2.7-1 certified frame that includes a diesel tank. If desired, we also offer the option of installing an EX Zone 1 electric motor as an alternative to the diesel engine.

Furthermore, the pump modules feature a Twin Disc clutch and Dual Tank, which allow for 12 hours of continuous work. Also, the valves, flanges, and pipes meet ASME/ANSI standards, as well as the electrical installation is in compliance with IEC requirements.
