Offshore Acid Tank

Description:

Uniteam’s Offshore acid tank is designed, manufactured, and certified in accordance with DNV 2.7-1/EN 12079 & ASME standards. The module consists of an outside frame, inside tank, pipes, manifolds, gauge, liquidometer, valves and so on. The tank material is SPA-H carbon steel. Moreover, valves and pipes are in SS316 material. Also, the vessel needs watertight testing & piping pressure testing. 100% NDT requirement for the tank. Furthermore, it can be stacked in two layers when the tank is empty. Altogether it is a high-quality solution for storing and transporting corrosive substances safely and efficiently.
