Pleased to recently deliver this 20-Men Blast Proof H2S Shelter specially designed for easy transport and relocation. It is built by a 1×50’ container with an A-60 fire rating and blast-proof protection with 690mbar for 20msec. In an emergency, compressed fresh air breathing systems will keep workers safe for more than 2 hours. Moreover, the F&G system and MIMIC panel will make sure your warnings are informative and correct with a SIL-2 control system. Besides that, a 360-degree rotating camera on the roof can monitor the exterior surroundings at all times.

Equipped for emergency  

The Blast-Proof shelter consists of an Airlock Area and Battery Room with 25~50Pa overpressure. Moreover, there is a Muster- and Equipment Room with an overpressure of 50~75Pa. As can be seen in the 3D VR tour, the Muster Room is equipped with 2 toilets and long stools that store SCBA, portable gas detectors, and first aid kits for 20 men to use in an emergency evacuation. The Equipment Room is on the other hand used for installing Breathing Air Bottle Bank, PRP Cabinet, Power Distribution Panel, and PLC system.

With this in mind, people are also requested to enter the Airlock area first before going to the Muster room in case of bringing in toxic gas.
