50 Men Blast Proof SIP / H2S Protection Shelter

Description:

Uniteam’s 50 Men Blast Proof SIP is a customized solution built for easy transport and relocation. It is made up of 4 standard ISO containers (2×40’ and 2×20’), has an A-60/J-45 fire rating (Jet-fire protected), and can withstand blasts of up to 200mbar/45msec.  Moreover, the SIP is GOST-K and SIL-3 certified, ensuring that it meets the necessary safety standards for hazardous work environments. Altogether, an excellent solution for companies looking to ensure employee safety while maintaining production.

Features:

The sealing between the containers is done with Uniteam’s patented GSSP gaskets, ensuring quick deployment and minimal disruption to production. Moreover, in an emergency, the EUREKA Breathing Air system provides overpressure protection for employees for over 2 hours with SIL-3 operation and manual override. In addition, the F&G system with  SIL-3 approval HIMA and MIMIC panel approval ensures accurate and informative warnings.

Structural:

The SIP consists of two 40ft containers used as a muster area (approximately 50 sqm). One 20ft container includes the Breathing Air Bottle Bank, Compressor, and PRP Cabinet. The air-lock and technical control room, with F&G Control Cabinet, Electrical Distribution board, and UPS, are in the other 20ft container. The unit only requires power to be added through the ready-made gas-safe MCT-gaskets.
