40 Men Blast Proof SIP / H2S Protection Shelter

Uniteam’s 40-Men Blast Proof SIP is  SIL-2 certified system, built for easy transportation and relocation.

It consists of 2 sets of 51ft containers with an A-60 fire rating and blast protection of 690mbar/20msec. The sealing between the containers is solved by Uniteam patented GSSP gaskets.

With a compressed air breathing system, the SIP can protect employees for over 2 hours during an emergency. Also, the F&G system with SIL-2 approval MIMIC panel will ensure that your warnings are informative and correct.

Moreover, the 40-Men Blast Proof SIP features a positive pressure system. Thus, the main room and equipment room have a pressure of 50~75pa, while the airlock and battery room have a pressure of 25pa. The 2x51ft containers are used as Muster Area (Approx. 30 Sqm, including 2 units of toilet rooms). Another 51ft container contains 3 rooms, including the breathing air bottle bank, PRP cabinet, AHU system, power distribution panel, and PLC system. Batteries and UPS are located in a separate room with A60 fire class. The third room serves as an airlock, which people must pass through before entering the main room.

The main room is equipped with long stools for 40 individuals. Here’s storage space for 40 sets of breathing masks, portable gas detectors, and first aid kits for emergency escapes. Additionally, an outdoor roof with a 360-degree rotating camera monitors the outdoor conditions.
