Uniteam has successfully delivered a 40ft High Cube Customized Laboratory Container to FLSmidth (FLS) — a fully integrated, transportable lab designed for advanced testing and research in demanding environments, including offshore and remote industrial locations.

The lab is built as a plug-and-play solution with a strong focus on safe operations, robust uptime, and controlled working conditions. Inside, the container is divided into three dedicated compartments: two work areas for laboratory activities and a separate electrical/control room to keep critical power and automation systems isolated for operational stability and safety.

This delivery includes core lab functionality and safety systems such as fume extraction and chemical storage, PLC-based control and power distribution, UPS backup capacity, pressure-controlled HVAC/ventilation, and CCTV monitoring. The unit is engineered for harsh conditions and delivered with the relevant safety and compliance framework expected for high-risk environments.
