On September 16tth, Uniteam China successfully requalifies for the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system supervision after verification by quality auditors.
How was Uniteam China audited to meet ISO 9001 standards?
In summary, the external audit group experts were stationed at the Uniteam company headquarters in China from September 15th-16th to audit the company in the following areas:
- System standards
- Laws and regulations
- The company’s quality manual
- Procedural documents
- Interviews with management representatives
Throughout the audit, all teams were interviewed. Thus, both the sales-, technical-, purchasing-, quality control, and production department were under rigorous audit.
As a result, a detailed understanding of the company’s management system operation and implementation of the current state of Uniteam’s quality system was achieved.
For this reason, the audit expert group agreed that the company’s management system conforms to the audit criteria and has been effectively implemented. Thus, the group agreed and recommended that the company’s quality management system certification continues to be valid.
